By commissioning me and sending the payment for a commission, you agree to all terms in the full TOS document above.
No one is allowed to mint my artwork as an NFT (Non Fungible Token) and use it in AI (Artificial Intelligence) learning datasets. I also prohibit usage of my artworks as an input in existing AI tools.
I have the right to deny your commission request prior to payment being sent for any reason, without explanation.
As the client you have the right to use/print your commission for personal use. That includes using it as a profile picture, banner etc. and reuploading it with clear credit to any of my social media. Commercial use of my artwork must be discussed and agreed on beforehand.
Please provide image references of the character(s) you would like me to draw for you. The information regarding important details, features, quirks etc. that will help me understand your idea behind the commission and character(s) is highly appreciated as well. AI generated images are not acceptable as suitable reference material.
Image references for poses, outfits or props are always welcomed!
I draw characters without image references but charge “custom adoptable” / “character design” flat fee of $20 for Sonic original or AU (alternative universe) characters. For any other type of characters, the fee varies, please ask about it.
For backgrounds, I require either a very clear description of what should be seen or image references.
Payment is upfront. Payment (USD or RUB) should be sent via Boosty or EasyStart I give you the instructions and the link(s) to. Payment plans may be discussed and adjusted.
Without the payment I will not start your commission. After receiving it, I will provide a sketch for your approval. Other steps can be shown if necessary.
I do not offer refunds at any point of the work process.
Please do not rush me if it has been less than two weeks since I accepted your commission.

I accept commissions either through the waiting list applications or during lightning rounds on Twitter.📃 Waiting list has no limitations on styles or slots unless I'm overwhelmed by the demand. You can send a commission request by filling this form: 🔹Google form link🔹
Once you complete the form, I'll contact you as soon as possible to confirm your commission request and give an estimated waiting time. I'll send the payment information when I start working on your commission. Until then, feel free to send questions, check on your waiting time with me or even change your idea!⚡ Lightning rounds take place on Twitter and have limitations on styles and the amount of slots. By default, lightning rounds are exclusively for colored sketches but I might offer other styles. Usually I take batches that I can complete within 5-7 days. Lightning round commissions have priority over the waiting list, so, you can get a quick commission from me! Please notice though, usually slots are taken within 10-40 minutes!

Note: I don't send WIPs or steps during the work for this style since this is a sketch. Any kind of changes to poses, expressions etc., from small to complex, are still acceptable.
